Musical Horizon, LLC knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This document describes our privacy policy. By visiting MusicalHorizon.com, or any Musical Horizon® website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Musical Horizon, LLC (“Company”), is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users (as defined below). This document (“Privacy Policy”) outlines what information Company collects from Users through https://www.musicalhorizon.com and other Company websites (as defined below) (collectively, “Websites”) and how that information is used. Company will only keep Users’ information which they submit through Websites for internal use.
REVISIONS TO THIS POLICY
Company reserves the right to revise, change, amend, alter or modify (“Update”) this Privacy Policy and Company’s other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. User, as defined below, is responsible for periodically checking for any Updates of this Privacy Policy by re-visiting Websites and using the”refresh” button on User’s browser. Any Updates supersede any prior versions immediately upon posting on Websites. If User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or any updated terms hereto, User’s sole remedy is to cease utilizing Websites.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal Information. The information which Company collects through Websites may include personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) which refers to information that helps Company identify users or viewers of the Website (collectively, “Users” and each a “User”). The Personal Information includes data such as a User’s name, street address, phone number, facsimile number, email address, username and password. Websites allows Users to submit Personal Information in order to contact or communicate with Company. If User contacts Company through Websites, please note that Personal Information may be maintained by Websites. Users are responsible for keeping all Personal Information current and may change any previously entered information through Websites in the manner set forth below.
Anonymous Information. Websites may also collect data that cannot be traced back to a specific individual (“Anonymous Information”). For example, Company may be able to keep count of how many Users have viewed Websites and specific content therein, or key words utilized to find Websites, but this information does not necessarily include information regarding Users’ names, street addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Users who view Websites but do not enter their Personal Information are generally anonymous Users. Only Anonymous Information and no Personal Information will be intentionally collected by Company from anonymous Users. Websites may use browser cookies to collect Anonymous Information. Websites may also incorporate web beacons or similar tracking technologies to allow Company to track how Websites are used. Such technologies are used to collect Anonymous Information, e.g. the name of User’s internet service provider, the IP address of User’s computer, User’s browser software and operating system, the identity of any linked-from or linked-to website and other similar information. The Company may combine a User’s Anonymous Information with similar information collected from other Users to help improve Websites and services.
Please Note – collection of Anonymous Information is performed on all websites. If User feels this information should be kept private, Company recommends that User uninstalls User’s web browser, and does not visit any websites.
COOKIES
Certain parts of Websites may use browser cookies to keep track of which messages User has read, User’s login, and other information about User’s session. Cookies are small pieces of text that are stored on User’s hard drive between visits. For example, if User chooses the “remember me” option on a login page, a cookie is set on User’s system to store User’s username and password so User does not have to re-enter them each time User visits. However, if User logs out of Websites, the cookie will be removed. These cookies do not collect, store or maintain any private, personally identifiable information. User does not have to accept these cookies to visit or use Websites (although turning cookies off may severely impair Websites’ functionality), and User can choose to refuse the cookies, delete the cookies from User’s hard drive or turn off cookies at any time.
SITE HOSTING
Most of Company’s Websites are hosted on alma.musicalhorizon.com, a Virtual Cloud Server leased from Liquid Web LLC. User can access Liquid Web LLC’s terms and privacy policies on Liquid Web LLC’s website. Company does not have control over Liquid Web LLLC’s policies and Liquid Web LLC is granted full and unlimited access to any data stored on any Liquid Web LLC server. Other hosting providers Company utilizes include SpamExperts B.V., JotForm, Inc., rsync.net, Inc., Dropbox, Inc., IDrive Inc, RingCentral, Inc., and any third-party servers that these companies may utilize. They are each granted full and unlimited access to any data stored on their respective servers. Some of the data that Company may store on these hosting providers is not in an encrypted form. Each company has their own terms and privacy policies on their respective websites. Please contact these providers for information about their policies regarding the collection and retention of User information. Company does not make any representations or warranties regarding their use or collection of information about Users. Submitting information via the Internet may not be secure and/or confidential.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS AND LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Websites may include advertisements from third-party companies which may include links to third-party websites. The advertisements placed by these companies are not affiliated, owned, maintained or updated by Company. If User visits the website of these third-party advertisers, they may use cookies and/or request and collect User’s personal information. Company does not know of the policies of these independent third-party advertisers and is not responsible for the information collected or how the information is used by any third-party advertisers. Company also cannot confirm or in any way guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by those third-party advertisers on their websites. Company strongly recommends that User reads and reviews the privacy policies of any other third-party websites that it may view.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Company employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on Company’s behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), and processing credit card and online payments. Third-Party Providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
INFORMATION SHARING
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Company will not intentionally distribute, rent or sell a User’s personal information to third-parties without User’s permission. Company may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Users’ Personal Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If Company receives a request from law enforcement or judicial authorities, then Company reserves the right to provide the requested information.
SECURITY PROCEDURES
Company undertakes efforts to operate secure data networks which are protected by industry standard firewall, anti-virus, and password protection systems. Company undertakes efforts to review Company’s security and privacy policies on a periodic basis and Company may adjust and change the systems as necessary. Notwithstanding the above, and although the Company is ever diligent in its security pursuits, Company cannot guarantee the success of Company’s efforts.
SPECIAL CASES
Company’s policy is to not use or share the Personal Information about Users of Websites in ways which have not been outlined or described herein without first allowing Users a chance to opt out or otherwise disallow such unrelated uses. However, Company may disclose Personal Information about Users or information relating to Users’ Use of Websites for any reason if, in Company’s sole discretion, Company determines that doing so is reasonable, including:
A. To comply with laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations or governmental or legal requests for such information;
B. To reveal information that is needed to identify, contact or bring legal action against any User who may be violating the terms of use of Websites;
C. To operate Websites properly;
D. To protect Websites and Company’s Users; and/or
E. To fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities, private-party litigants and others seeking information about Company’s Users to the extent required by applicable law.
MANAGING AND DELETING USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
If User would like to modify or delete any personal information previously entered on Websites, User can update User’s information by sending an email with User’s current and updated information to

Company does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (minors younger than 13) through Websites. Information about Users of Websites, which include the Users’ Personal Information, may be disclosed in association with certain business dealings such as any debt financing, acquisition or merger, sale of assets and in the event of a bankruptcy, assignment for benefit of creditors or receivership in which particular information could be sold or transferred to other parties as an asset.
